Refund policy
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms and conditions prior to making a purchase. IN ALL CASES OF RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS, YOU CAN DROP US A MAIL AT SUPPORT@DARZIGIRI.COM WITHIN 24 HRS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL GET A REVERT WITHIN 48-72 WORKING HOURS.
● As a company policy we do not provide refunds/return on any product once sold. Once the Darzigiri pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). The customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.
● Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size
● If the product is not from the sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at support@darzigiri.com within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
● Once acknowledged by the team during the next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Darzigiri will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
● The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
● Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
● Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
● Please note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
● Size exchange is available (in case of a size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).
● The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
● Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, or an incorrect item was sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
● If unfortunately, you have to cancel/modify an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing an order, by mailing us all the details at support@darzigiril.com
● If you cancel your order before your package/s has been handed over to the courier service providers, we shall refund you the entire amount. If the courier service providers have already made the booking against your order, or the order/s have already been dispatched, no cancellations can be made.
● We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities. No cancellations can be made owing to the delay in receiving orders.
Certain scenarios where we will NOT be able to support Exchange/Returns:
● Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 24 hours.
● Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you had received.
● Product is damaged due to non-adherence to the wash and care instructions.
● Customized or tailor-made products that have been made to order with your specifications.
● Products with tampered or missing price tags or products with incomplete sets.
● Items that are returned without the original packaging and original bills.
● Exchange/Return not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
● Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
● 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
● Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
● Purchases made from the SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
● No exchange or return for Sarees, Accessories, Home Decor & Jewellery categories.
● International orders are also not eligible for return/refund.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not
be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense. No amount will be
reimbursed in this case.
